-- PRIVACY POLICY
Last updated: Oct 8, 2026
Atividata is a personal task manager. This policy explains what data it uses and how.
-- DATA WE COLLECT
- Account: when you sign in with Google or email, we receive your name, email address and account identifier. We never have access to your Google password.
- Tasks: the content you enter (text, notes, due dates, who a task was handed off to) and the dates recorded automatically (creation, start, completion, time on hold, cancellation, handoff), plus the history of changes.
- Trial mode (no account): your tasks stay only in this browser and nothing is sent to the server. When you sign in to an account, you can bring them along; without an account, they are erased when you clear the site's data in your browser.
- In your browser: a local copy of your tasks, changes not yet synced and preferences (such as the theme), so the app works offline.
-- HOW WE USE IT
Your data is used only to show and store your tasks. We do not sell it, do not share it with third parties for advertising and do not use it for any other purpose.
-- WHERE IT IS STORED
Data is stored in Supabase (a PostgreSQL database) with restricted access: each user can see only their own tasks. Periodic backups may be kept in a private repository.
-- YOUR RIGHTS (LGPD)
Under Brazil's data protection law (LGPD), you can ask for access to, correction of or permanent deletion of your data and your account at any time through the contact below. You can also export your tasks from within the app (import/export).
